I'm Todd Hess; an ICF PCC certified executive life coach based in South Jordan, Utah. I specialize in coaching leaders at every level; from individual contributors and emerging managers to senior executives; helping them build self-awareness, lead with greater confidence, and create the kind of impact that actually lasts.
I am proudly inclusive and committed to creating a fully affirming coaching space for members of the LGBTQ+ community and queer-owned businesses. Before coaching full time, I spent 15+ years as an HR Executive leading organizational development and leadership coaching functions at companies including eBay, Castlight Health, Vivint SmartHome, CallTower, and NICE inContact.
I've helped organizations across tech, healthcare, fintech, telecom, and more improve leadership effectiveness, employee performance, and organizational health across North America, Asia, and Europe. That real-world experience is what separates my coaching from someone who has only ever coached. What continues to inspire me is watching clients make tremendous leaps by putting simple, actionable steps in place.
